My cats took to this right away. I added about 10-12 treats, and it worked pretty well. The only assembly required is inserting one of the three (different sized) outlet hole panels into the lid. The lid is easy to remove with a slight twist. You fill the lid with however much food is needed, and reattach to the base. When in use, occasionally one of the treats would stop at the exit, and block the rest of the treats from coming out, but eventually it would self correct. I'm sure if I added more food it would spit out more frequently. The treats still dislodged themselves before my cats ever got bored. My cats also play with this even when no treats are available.Maintenance is easy. I occasionally wipe down the inside with a slightly wet paper towel. You can also hand wash the lid. Charging is easy with the included USB cable.This is an affordable cat toy/feeder. It will keep your cats minds active. A solid slow feeder, if your cat is normally a pig. It's a good size, and the UFO design is a nice option compared to other track toys, and feeders.Only slight negatives:1. There is only one outlet hole. If you have two cats, the one that eats is the one positioned closest to the hole.2. The motor is noisy. It's not enough to scare my cats away, but I've seen them totally miss that a treat has been dispensed, because they were distracted by the noise of the motor, and didn't hear the food drop out the other side.

I wish this product worked, but it didn't. The plastic top where the treats go didnt line up with the toy correctly and broke the plastic top. I did get it on, after it broke, but the treats wouldnt come out.

This feeder toy works once you realize the setup. There are senors where the ball is, so when filling it I grabbed it to put down, and treats started shooting out everywhere as my fingers activated it. Once on the floor, my cat was pawing at it, and her paws activated it when she motioned in the ball area. I suggest keeping it flat level and pouring the food on the top, then reaching under to turn it on after the top is fastened. Otherwise if putting upside down, do NOT put your fingers in the ball area.I added the smallest size adapter so less food would come out, but it still went pretty fast. My cat was lying shoving her arms in both sides trying to figure it out, and food kept coming out at her. The spinning part is pretty loud, and I'm not sure how long a charge will last. I eventually put it away because my cat kept activating the spinning but it was empty.Overall a good idea, but it's not having my cat play as I wish to get the food out, and the sensors are very touchy.

This is a fun little treat for my cats, it allows them to have a snack in between main feedings. It works well! Once they figured it out they were able to help themselves (sometimes non stop LOL). I haven't had any issues with it jamming and it's easy to clean. Warning though, when it needs to charge it just keeps shooting food out, cats enjoy it, me not so much lol

My cat figured it out pretty quickly and now loves getting food from the puzzle. It keeps her mind entertained and exercised since shes a bit overweight right now. Its easy to load and clean
