I don't see this being a long term tank for a turtle as it is very small. It is easy to clean and I like that it has an upper level for the title to explore if it chooses to. It was easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow

This is a beautiful tank that comes with all the supplies needed to get a nice setup for a small turtle. My turtle has been splashing in the water and taking breaks to eat at the top steps. It doesn't come a filter but it is super easy to clean with a drain plug. The only thing missing is a lamp but you can always get a lamp separately for a decent price.

All things considered, the unit doesn't leak and seems to be sturdy. A few things are worth mentioning.First, the size of the tank just seems too small to properly house many things, outside of a hermit crab or something similar. I could see this being more of a recovery tank or a temporary shelter until it is time to move onto a more permanent residence. I'm not sure what type of turtle could comfortably live here long term.The filter/pump seem to work fine, though the suction cups on it seem pointless as it can't really mount to anywhere on the tank itself and you'll have to likely opt to hang it on the frame - no huge deal.The provided lamp has proven to be difficult to position, as it doesn't have much of a flexible neck and the locations available to clip it onto the tank itself are either too close, too far or seems questionable mounting it on the sidewalls. Ultimately, I ended up switching the lamp out for one with a longer neck.I'm sure this can serve a purpose for some, but altogether I think it just needed to be a tad or two bigger.+1 point for the easy draining.

Easy to set up, cool decorations like the shiny polished stones, and the fake aquatic plants. The size is perfect for Buffy’s first tank.

This is the most beautiful tank for price. The set up was so simple and quality is perfect for my daughter turtle no loud noise and works perfectly

This is a great tank to get if you are housing something small. Another benefit would be using if for a hermit crab if you are introducing a child into the animal world. A great "teaching" tank in my opinion, teaching anyone, not just a child the importance of what animal would be appropriate for the tank, why the lighting is important and the amount of gravel and other items that do or don't belong in a tank. Well worth it and glad I was able to find this as an important teaching tool. It also presents well when you are at an animal show which is another benefit!

This is a good tank for a young turtle but it would probably be best for something smaller (like hermit crabs). It has very good, strong, acrylic sides and the inner bottom can lift out if you just need a flat bottomed tank. I like that it is a plain white without any silly cartoonish additions. you can style it however you like
