Great device for tracking your steps and other health stuff. Tracking your steps is cool and all, but this thing can even track your blood pressure and heart rate. I have a low blood pressure so it's nice to keep tabs on it. It also tracks my sleeve which is also good because I work shift work and tend to lack in the sleep department. It just looks like a regular wedding band, but it does a lot more.

What an awesome tool! So i wanted to buy a ring that would tell me how much im sleeping and help me keep track of things like steps, heart rate and even oxygen levels and this ring does all that! It logs everything in and i can go back and see progress or changes. Im loving it

This beautiful simple gold ring is just amazing! it pairs to your phone and keeps track of your heart rate,sleep patterns,and even the steps you take in a day and calculates the calories burned for you! comparable to a apple watch but you can’t text or make calls! nice weight to it also! i will be getting some of these for gifts,and it comes in other colors also! Great value for the price,very impressive

The smart ring came in today . It’s extremely comfortable . Had it rim through all the tests … worked really well. Can’t wait for it to tell me my sleep habits….. update for March 10thThe Ring stopped charging. I tried every troubleshooting method and nothing worked. Tried reaching out to the seller, and they kept redirecting me back to talk to Amazon. Very unhappy.
