Install was extremely easy. The toilet is a bit heavy (112 lbs). This toilet does need an outlet by it. I have had this toilet installed for about 2 weeks now. There are so many features, motion activated open and close of toilet lid, night light, heated seat, warm water spray, drying, auto flush and sanitizing. The only feature I'm not completely impressed by is the drying. I feel that it takes way too long to completely dry me. I do like that it's there in case I ended up stranded without toilet paper to pat myself dry with. I also have not had any issues with clogging or needed to plunge it so far. It has taken some pretty large loads with no issues.

This toilet is absolutely incredible! We debated for a while whether we really wanted a smart toilet. Would it be worth it? Now that we have been using it for over a month, I can answer with a definite "Yes!" It is absolutely worth it. This toilet is well-built and comes with all the bells and whistles. The installation was a little tricky just because it connects to the bolts in the ground differently than a regular toilet, but we figured it out. The final look is nice because then it covers up those bolts and makes your bathroom look clean and modern. It wobbled at first but we placed some shims under it to compensate for our apparently uneven floor. Once we got it properly installed, it took us a minute to figure out how to operate it. My husband read through the instruction manual and then showed me how to operate all those bells and whistles. At first, I was annoyed at how sensitive the motion sensor is. It opens the toilet seat the moment you open the bathroom door. I eventually got used to it but my husband still didn't like it so we tried to figure out how to turn it off. He couldn't find the instructions in the manual, so he reached out to customer service via email (he found it on their web page) and they responded immediately and answered his questions in an ongoing conversation via email. He was so impressed with their speedy response and helpful instructions. He said they were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Now we open the toilet with the push of a button. It is truly high-tech and water-efficient. The bidet feature is really neat. I've never used a bidet before so I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but it's a nice feature to have and works very well.
