I had been searching for a black folder for a while until I found these. I use them for work and like to color match our office supplies. These are a very rich black that doesn’t look faded. I would buy these again.

I purchased these folders to use for making mini books and although they are durable, I can’t understand why they are so expensive as compared to the manilla folders! I even got them at a reduced price from Amazon warehouse and they were still over twice as much as the manilla. I comparison shopped and Amazon definitely had the best price for them especially after you add in shipping. That being said I really like the black for book bases and since there are 100 in the box I won’t have to purchase them again.

These black file folders are a great, inexpensive supply source for making mini albums -- so many file folder mini album projects on YouTube to try out. Black is the ideal color; no need to stain the edges with ink, etc. Quality of the folder card stock is perfect for crafting of this sort. Such a fun find for me! So many things one can do with a file folder, if you have the creativity!
