This is our second lock from this company, the first one malfunctioned and was shorting out after install. Second one, worked after install however randomly acts as if the management button has been pressed for the management code when no one has touched the lock, however it works as described.

It took 15 minutes to complete the installation. Remote control works perfect. It is very convenient.

I’m really happy with my new lock. It’s such a relief not to worry about forgetting my keys anymore. The convenience is unbeatable, and if something comes up at home, I can easily give a friend my pin number to get in. Installation was pretty simple, I’m in my 50s, and I managed to set it up in about 30 minutes. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how well it works and the added security it provides. Highly recommended!

I thought I had ordered the brushed steel lock, but unfortunately I was sent the bronze color. I can't seem to figure out how to contract the seller about this, so no way to fix the issue. Looks nice, though.

The manual is poor in regards to connecting to Alexa. They don’t tell you in the manual that you have to download a skill. You have to push too many buttons to pair it. This lock replaced another lock that was intermittent on Wi-Fi.The lock is of good quality and at this time seems to be working well.I gave it a four star because its manual does not mention how to connect to Alexa.

It’s really easy to install. I like that you can lock and unlock with your phone and add codes through your phone. Very convenient.

The app required to use this is substandard - would benefit from better coding. Half the screens fail to load, often times app doesn't show any information and requires a restart.Lock itself is very easy to install and functions great as a deadbolt. That said, I'd find other brands before buying a second one of these. Fails to recognize fingerprints more often than it has success. It's advertised as "easily accommodating 100 user profiles" when the truth is it can only handle 4 pin codes plus the master lock. Once you've entered 4 pin codes attempting add more requires a previous one first be deleted. Seems pin codes would be easier.to store than fingerprints or faces...Display is often times laggy or doesn't light up to show numbers so fingerprint unlock is preferred. Numbers are on a digital display but don't shuffle around so what's the point - could have been physical keys for easier use and less worry about failure.Overall, its a great concept, one that's done much better and simpler by other brands.
