It’s junk and there’s no bounce results no way can you go fast. It’s a toy only thing that’s good it the mounting bracket. I already mounted unit and it’ has very little bounce. I ordered different bag and making a a wood base. The plastic absorbs bounce. It’s junk. So I either want a discount or I’ll dispute charges.

WYGVNR Speed Bag Platform, Boxing Training Speed Bag Platform with Speed Bag Swivel.I am aware that this has mixed reviews in terms of quality and speed. One reviewer stated that this is a slow speed bag.I actually got this to use to help with rehabilitation after rotator cuff and biceps tendon surgeries. From what I read slow and low is perfect for this.I can only speak about the components in the package I recieved. They are all well made, the swivel hook is heavy duty, the bag is well made and has good quality stitching. The board itself is a 1/2" sheet of plastic (maybe polyethylene, not sure) but the one I receieved is good quality.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. Very disappointed that the metal bracket is so thin and brittle, good thing I have welding friends… hopefully I can just do it myself. Rather not wait around another 2-3 weeks for the whole process… atleast I got the bag, swivel and platform… I guess

This speed bag is actually really nice, much better quality than I expected for home use! It’s not as nice as the one at the gym, but it’s great for me personally. It was easy to put together and mount, I had to make sure to screw it into the studs. It’s nice to have one at home and I would recommend it to friends!

First there were no instructions and the tools provided did fit the hardware. After reading the reviews I was expecting a better product. Could not find instructions online. Would not recommend this product

was easy to assemble but the stiching on the bag is a little rough and left me with a few cuts after a short time of training. Also the drum itself is flexible plastic and it will slow down your speedbag. overall would not recommend
