Speed Bag Platform is Awesome! Solid build.It can easily adjust the height to suit people of different heights. This is a very user-friendly design.Really well made, easy to put together and mount (all wall fixings supplied for both stud wall and solid wall).

it it was easy to install came with all hardware screws and bolts it’s pretty sturdy and feels well made of good quality .The quality of the speeding bag itself is pretty good. so far have had this item for about 4months and it’s holding up great very little vibration out of it.

I was skeptical at first but when I received the box and put it together, it was easier than I thought to build! It is very suitable for me to exercise my arms and reaction speed at home. So far, I am very satisfied. I no longer have to spend a lot of money to go to the gym. This price is very worthwhile.
