Great Item for the money! Installation can be a bit tricky epecially if you are doing this solo. It is a bit noisy. Really think about where this item will be installed! The item feels sturdy, we added shims at various junctures to tighten things up and reduce rattle.I would recomend this item!

The idea is good for mounting to a squat rack and like the ability to adjust the height. But man does this rattle. I even tried to wedge it with a shim and other options, but the rattles continue.If I had other options to mount to a wall or something, I would probably skip over buying this one.The drum is also very low quality and needs to be replaced, but I knew this going in based on other reviews.

I thought I would like the design as a single bar to save space and put less holes in my wall. What I didn't realize is the bolt holes would be 3x larger and as I rent, I can't just mount this to a wall. As a result I have to build a platform, which defeats the purpose in buying a platform. It should also be noted that the bolt holds protrude on the round piece instead of being recessed, so if you were thinking of adding changing directions to your drills, You need a different round piece. This design needs a lot of modification in order to be fully functionable.

Decent design and good price. Was a little shaky so I made some modifications and improved the design. I changed where the handle location is and added two clamps to stabilize it in position. I also swapped out the round wood with a thicker piece.
