For the price this pen is great. I really like the transition between vertical and horizontal lines. The universal converter does not fit in this pen, but a micro does.

I like writing letters with a calligraphy pen and this one is great. The price is reasonable so I keep a few of them with different colored cartridges to change it up a bit. Put a few on my Christmas list and I'm ready for the new year!

Pen kept leaking and I for a good period of time thought it was because it moved too much in my pocket, but later realized that the pen had a crack near the nib that causes the ink to leak. Unfortunately only realized this after the return window closed. The writing quality was good and the pen was smooth, but this makes it difficult to use

I liked the price. I was wondering if it would meet my needs but did not want to spend a lot of money. I found the workmanship was good. But it was unsatisfactory for developing calligraphy skills. The ink tends to run unless you get special paper. You get splotches from un-even flow. You cannot turn the pen to get different width marks. In the end I will throw it away.Now one really wonderful plus. I compared it to my very expensive Mont Blanc and found it superior in many ways. It started and continued delivering ink more readily than the Mont Blanc. I regretted buying the Mont Blanc after this speedball. Thus, the purchase told me what I wanted to know. I do not regret the purchase.

Il pacco è arrivato come previsto. Ottimo servizio.La penna scrive un po' grosso e non si distingue molto il tratto sottile da quello spesso. Forse è normale per una punta da 1.1.Io l'ho comprata per divertirmi un po' a scrivere in modo calligrafico. Ma credo che per avere un risultato più evidente ci voglia almeno la punta da 1.5.La cosa strana è che, con le cartucce di inchiostro in dotazione, non si riesce a chiudere (ad avvitare) del tutto la parte superiore della penna. Le cartucce sono un po' grandi per la penna o la pena è un po' piccola per queste cartucce.Inserendo un altro tipo di cartuccia universale questo problema non c'è. Incredibile le cartucce in dotazione sono grandi per la penna!!!Diciamo che la penna scrive bene e scorrevole, per il suo prezzo va più che bene.Metto 3 stelle per il fatto che le cartucce in dotazione non sono della misura giusta per la penna.

Love the pen. the 1.1mm nib is considerably wider compared to Lamy or TWSBI. but perfect if you want darker lines. would recommend to anyone looking for a budget calligraphy fountain pen.
