This is cheaply made. I got this to help my 11 year old son practice his karate moves and day one the top loop broke.

Too a chance hoping the top notch would be ok. One use and it ripped. Though usable, this notch is helpful for correct pad holding. Very disappointed with the quality.

I purchased this product thinking it was much bigger. My son and I were able to practice a few kicks, but it's a challenge for him to aim the small pad. T size I can deal with but because it's on the soft side, the person holding can get hurt. Overall it's your average pad.
