I haven’t used it yet because it didn’t come with Instructions on how to use it. I thought that was Odd and unprofessional I Purchased it because I like the Concept of making my own Cold cuts and not buying Processed meat.

I recently tried the Stainless Steel Deli Meat Press with Thermometer, and while it didn't quite replicate store-bought deli meat, it was still a fun and rewarding experience to make my own lunch meats at home! Here’s what I found:✅ Easy to Use – This tool is incredibly simple, even for someone with little cooking experience. The built-in thermometer ensures you can easily monitor the temperature, helping you achieve consistent results every time.✅ Healthy and Customizable – One of the best things about this meat press is that you have full control over the ingredients. You can use wholesome, clean ingredients, creating healthier sandwiches, roasts, or even bacon. It’s also a lot of fun to experiment with different flavors.✅ Portable and Compact – At just 6.7 inches in height and 4.3 inches in diameter, it’s a compact tool that doesn’t take up much space. It can hold up to 2.5 pounds of meat, making it perfect for smaller batches, personal use, or small gatherings.✅ Large Capacity and Accurate Temperature Control – The press holds up to 2 pounds of meat and has a built-in thermometer with a temperature range of 0-120°C, so you can closely monitor the temperature during the braising process.✅ Easy to Clean and Maintain – After use, simply wash it with warm water and detergent, and dry it off for the next use. It’s perfect for home kitchens, restaurants, or cafeterias. While the taste was good, it didn’t quite have the look or flavor of traditional deli meat. However, for those who enjoy the process of making their own food or want to create customized lunch meats, this press is still worth it for the fun, health benefits, and satisfaction of making something from scratch.

Product was bad quality. It came dirty and black on the inside. Also was dinged and had really big scratches on the inside as well. Handle would not stay on it. Overall terrible product bought a different one where there wasn't these issues.

When I got this COZYWELL Stainless Steel Meat Press, I was hoping for some instructions and some recipes, but neither were in the shipping package. The instructions in one of the images in this listing implies cooking for 15 minutes only, but there is no way to cook meat in this press for just 15 minutes. I made some chicken lunch meat and cooked it until the meat thermometer got to 156°F (just over an hour in boiling water. My first time ever, I made deli style chicken lunch meat that was very tasty and the meat held together. Getting the meat out of the press took a little effort, but using a knife I basically scraped around the inside of the press to loosen the meat and I flipped the press upside down and I got a nice solid meat cylinder.I checked all the components of this press with a magnet and none of them were magnetic, so they are probably 304 stainless steel as advertised. The press was easy to use, but I found that locking the lid in place with the spring compressed takes a little finesse. All-in-all, I like this meat press.I was able to find some YouTube videos on meat press recipes and usage. Also, I found a few meat press recipes doing internet searches. Here is the review ranking basis that I have adopted:⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, it has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Casting a fair distance away, the trees and shadows made them difficult to see on the surface.

Simple use, and pretty darn easy to clean if you oil it before you put in the meat. Love that it’s non-toxic stainless steel and no plastic is involved or gets heated.

Worth a try because of the low cost. Not very durable.

Finally made my first ham and it was excellent. The press is easy to use and feels quality. With the stainless construction and the thickness of the metal I anticipate using it for quite some time.
