It wasn’t hard to install once you find your direction, but not everything comes that you might need. I didn’t know I would need a different bracket, ordered that bracket. And to put this on my roof facia I needed help to run the wire into the attic, but once it was installed everything runs great. The difference in cost of this and cable…..is no comparison. I was always on the phone, online with Xfinity. To no avail, but such a relief when I turned their CRAP back in.

This is a nice, simple roof mount setup to be used with the Gen 3 system. That it comes with a pipe adapter is a nice inclusion, and the adjustable angle is a simple, confidence inspiring mechanism. I can go on about how all Starlink accessories, even third party ones, are over priced, but I'll leave them off of this review. This unit is priced similarly to other third party devices on the market, with the near sixty asking amount. Installation ended up being fairly simple, but I would recommend dabbing some sealant of some type over the bolts as an added measure to keep the water out. This has so far held up to a snow storm, as well as 15-20 mph wind gusts without any issue whatsoever.
