This item arrived with an imperfectly seated clamp screw leading to a limited number of threads on the nut being engaged when snugged up. Drove screw out of body, counter-sunk hole so that the screw was flush and everything was like another old one I have. Unfinished work, easy fix but shouldn't have had to do it. Otherwise fit and finish was very good.
