Fast shipping and good packaging of the item, good fitment and quality. Initial first hour of use smelled funny, as the machine oil evaporated. After a few uses the smell went away and muffler worked fine.

Ordered for a specific make and model and the alignment is off 90 degrees. Couldn't possibly work.

Quick service on the delivery when I contacted the local dealer they told me that it would take at least two or three months to get this part and the cost was higher I got it in five or six days it fit perfectly works great and cheaper by far than the dealer to find any part for these tools all you need is the Stihl part number
