I sometimes have trouble with stretching, and I've been doing some ballet basics at home to work on some strength and coordination before I lose the chance entirely. It's been helping me build my strength and flexibility. It's easy to store for storage or travel. It has several poses along the pockets, which I love using as a little guide for myself. The colors are really cute, too. I'm able to stretch further much more comfortably with this.

This stretching strap looks exactly like the photos, with numbered stretches printed on one side, and large numbers on the other side. The material is very soft with a good amount of stretch and seems like it will be durable. I like this strap quite a lot--expect for the length. At only 35", I feel it's sized more for children or very short adults. I'm 5 '4" and I'm able to do many stretches with this, because it does have a lot of stretch. However, for full body stretches, I'd like to have two or three more loops. Even as it is, I find myself grabbing it often becasue it's so comfortable to use. The more it's stretches, the more resistance it has.Judging from the photos, this is being marketed for adults , but it's more child size, so I had to take off one star. Had it been a bit longer I would easily have given it five stars.
