If you’ve ever re-gripped a baseball bat, this is basically the same thing and pretty easy to do. Unfortunately, this grip tape is not the best quality… The edges do not have adhesive and tend to not lay flat when overlapping so I expect the tape to start peeling within a few hours of use. If I’m wrong I’ll update my review. If you have never done a re-gripping STX has a video on YouTube.

As long as you apply it correctly it works perfectly. There is a useful video on youtube explaining how to put it on if you need help.

Great grip. Had to use supplemental tape at top and bottom to make sure it stays in place.
