Product worked great until it stopped heating up completely. Same happened with the smart blanket which I bought twice here on Amazon. First blanket stopped heating up and I thought maybe I got a dud so I bought another. So far the second blanket is still functional but I'm not optimistic.

Can’t really fault the manufacturer here, google in the last years hasn’t given a rats ass about supporting third parties. The issue here is that the designated commands work like if I asked a toddler to preheat my bed. Their app works as intended and if you are linking to google home, use the 2nd way recommended in the app as the first method is broken in app, just takes you to the page for instructions.

The mattress pad is nice and warm. However, it was not easy to pair with Alexa. Tip - look for the S2 app - try it about 5 times and it will connect. 🤞 Only downside is the part the cord plugs into is on the top of the pad. Hurts like heck if you hit your toes on it. Not an optimal placement!

It took a bit to set it up. Had to try several times to sync the app and the unit. But after that works very well. The scheduling feature is really good.Heats up really fast.

for 5 years I've wanted a "SMART ENABLED" heated mattress pad. I live at 10,000 ft above sea level and get home at 1 AM. The last thing I want to do is wait 30 minutes for my bed to warm up. So 5 years ago I purhcased a $1,400 mattress with heat that was "ALEXA enabled" . I did love it but twice it failed and the second time it wasn't under warrenty. So I had to go back to to searching for a sollution. It was 5 years later but still no SMART sollution. So in August of last year I purchased a new heated mattress pad. Then January this year SUNBEAM finally created a smart enabled mattress pad. THANK YOU SUNBEAM!What I like. from my car I can start me bed warning up. I can set the temperture. I can set a schedule form the app.What I don't like. The power connection is right where my feet end up. I really don't understand why Sunbeam doesn't put the connection on the side panels of the pad.
