While, the unit heats towels at points of contact, quite well, but the warmth is not spread throughout towel. Main concern is mount to wall, plastic retainer does securely hold to wall, causing unit to rock whenever you move bars. Only time will tell how long it will !ast.Update after about of month. Manufacture contacted me about my concerns, assured me that system was well made and durable. That was encouraging enough to add a star to my review.

Unfortunately I was rebuilding the bathroom when I bought this so didn’t get a chance to put it together until after the return window closed. First the instructions are terrible. I don’t mean badly translated or something: just impossible to follow as written. For example it tells you to measure between the holes after installing the bracket on the holes (making it impossible to actually measure), and to tighten the brackets to the wall after mounting the rack to them (again: impossible since the rack is now on the brackets and covering the screws). The parts list also doesn’t match reality, the diagrams don’t match the instructions (one place show four screws going in but instructions and parts list would imply only two), and several parts just aren’t in the package at all (the storage shelf is supposed to attach with allen screws and there’s an allen key provided, but no screws). I’m currently trying to decide if I should even finish the installation using my own parts or go with the hint provided with the quality of parts and instructions and not trust plugging this thing in… I cannot believe this thing has the nice reviews it has. Just terrible especially for the price.

We have a heated towel rack in our guest room we put in that we love, and wanted one for our primary bath. But we have too few outlets in the primary bath that would be convenient for standard wall-mounted towel heaters (out of reach of shower). But this swivel towel rack solved our issue. It stores neatly against the wall where we have a plug outside of the shower confines, but when this is swiveled all the way out it makes the towels reachable from the shower! It does a nice job warming quickly, and it looks clean and modern. The shelf adds extra functionality in the space that's perfect for it.

While the towel rack works amazingly, one minor issue to me is the mounting method. The plastic mounts seem to be the weak point in a fairly heavy towel rack in my opinion. If the mounts were metal, I would not be concerned at all. Also, it wouldn't have hurt to put a paper template for the mounting holes either. It was a little bit of a struggle to hold a pretty beefy rack with one hand, a level to make sure things were straight, and then try to draw on the wall of where the mounts need to be installed. That being said, once installed and working, it does an amazing job of heating and drying towels.

I have a few bin towel warmers that I love. I have one bathroom that's really small and can't fit a bin towel warmer, so I got this swivel heated towel rack for that specific bathroom.Surprisingly, this swivel heated towel rack works really well - for heating a towel in an open area. I also found that the I could touch the top tip and bottom rod and it was not so hot as to hurt me.Heating a towel does take a little bit of time, and I found that 15 minutes was the sweet spot to get the towel acceptably warm.I also found that the best way to heat the towel is to weave it through the arms.

I installed this in my mobile grooming trailer. It is just starting to get cold, so I have only used it a few times so far. I put my clean towels on it and my ear cleaner balls. This way after the dog's bath, they get a warm cozy towel and warm wet cotton balls in their ears while they get their pedicure. Cozy relaxed dogs are much easier to work with. The towel warmer was very easy to install, and use. The cord is short and has it's own gfci and sports a ringed cord like an old phone. The temperature is adjustable. The top shelf is not heated but is metal, so I find myself using it for magnetic things that do not stick to my aluminum trailer walls. Things like my tv antenna and my magnetic Bluetooth speaker. I chose to install the shelf upside down, so it had a lip. The unit is versatile and adjustable. All of the arms swing out anywhere you need them and fold up neatly when not in use. I recommend this!

My fiancé helped me install this on the wall and we're both happy with the way that looks and the fact that it works well. It's nice to be able to turn it on right before we take a shower or bath and have warm towels for when we get out. I never thought that we would have one of these in our bathroom. This towel warmer was easy to install and works great. We haven't had any issues with it so far.
