This is a 58 link chain not referred to as a 116 chain. Yes there is 116 links counting inners and outers but your reference a chain size by outer links only so 58 link

Chain way too short and also comes fully linked together with no way to open it up to install on the bike. But I'll need to return bc upon dry fitting is way too small
