I had ordered the tour pack kit, and base plate was not there. After 5 minutes of looking thru boxes, no base plate. I chatted with a representative who asked a couple questions, then basically sent one on it's way. Just in time for Sturgis trip. Will be buying again from this seller. Great product, strong, sturdy, and looks great.there customer service was excellent!

I received the order in a decent time. Everything looked good, set it up and drilled the holes. Put it all together, went to Put it on my bike and the docking bracket was bent. Took it all apart, used a rubber mallet to straighten the side that was bent inward. Put it back together and now the left side"bent side" won't lock in place. Asked for a replacement and the response was take a picture of it and send it to them. I straightened it so it doesn't look bent but won't latch into place, so what is a picture going to do. So I don't think I can recommend the seller at this time.
