It works perfectly well, cooks rice perfectly in about 20-30 minutes and keeps it at that state fine even when I forget about it for 3 hours. If you add in the time needed to soak the rice, total cooking time is around an hour.

Very glad that I did not hesitate to buy 10-cup one when it was on sale. I have 5 cup already. I also keep "cooked" food warm like spaghetti with meat sauce & stir fry vegetables and meat, The handles on both are sturdy and travels well and keeps cooked food very warm. And it is not too heavy either even when filled with cooked food.

This is my second one as I gave my 25 year old rice cooker to my daughter and it still works!! Great product and really the best of all rice cooker brands out there. Highly recommended!!

Prepare perfect rice in this Rice Cooker. I took a couple of times to figure out how much water to add to the rice, but one I did it makes perfect rice each time.

I wanted a rice cooker like my Filipino Aunt had and this one resembled it the best. So far so good! It's su much better than those small Salton brand rice cookers that just end up burning the bottom of the rice after a few uses.

This rice cooker is great. I cook so much more than rice. I like that I can cook something and it stays warm for a long time. I put everything in and let it cook. Great if I need to make a dish for family get together or a neighbor had a new baby. I will make macaroni and cheese take it over and they can eat it when they have time. If you are making macaroni and cheese it's equally about of Macaroni plus equally amounts of liquid plus the cheese you want. Would highly recommend it, oh great for ribs, chicken. I own the 2 sizes.
