I absolutely LOVE these Gloves! I go thru a bunch due to my lack of proper hand placement when TIG welding, but take care of these due to them being so Comfortable. I attach heat shields if I'm going to have my hand too close and so far so good, not burnt up. The heat protection is acceptable but falls off when you run long, continueous welds, as do most other gloves. Again, the heat shield takes care of this. The fit is perfect, along with the natural flexability and do not feel cumbersome as some others. I use these for my MIG welding also with no complications.

I mostly TIG weld, therein, I like to have a bit more dexterity and ability to feel the rod and torch for close up work.These hold up well to the heat and have proven comfortable.Let's be honest, gloves are very expendable item and once you find the size, style or model number you like, well, you stick with it.I recommend these gloves.

reinforced seams and heat resistant values are outstanding for the glove thickness. Great TIG gloves. The price is right as well.

I've been wearing these Tilly's for years and they've always served me really well as a quality, durable glove at an economic price. however in the last couple months Harbor Freight started stocking tig welding gloves for the same price and I decided to try them out just to see if they were any good at all. It would be more convenient to just buy them in the store when I need them, rather than buying these tillmans online and having to wait 3 days. and well to be completely honest, the Vulcan ones from Harbor Freight are a lot better. The leather is thinner giving you more dexterity at the cost of durability. the Vulcan gloves fit my hands a lot tighter which also adds to the improved dexterity, but not so tight that they are uncomfortable or restrict movement. if you don't have access to a harbor freight then get these Tillman gloves, they're awesome gloves and all you'll ever truely need, but if you have the chance, at least give the Harbor Freight ones a try because they are my new go-to glove. And I dont normally expect this level of quality from harbor frieght

This is the first time I've used Tillman TIG gloves. I've used them for a couple weeks now and I found they work very good and they fit very well too. The price is right and they compare to the quality of the name brand TIG gloves I have been using that are much pricier. I'll be purchasing these gloves again.
