This stove is very light weight being all titanium in construction. The case is well made and contains the stove and has room for a good supply of fuel tabs. I chose to keep the extra heavy zip lock bag that contained the entire package. The stove assembles easily the more you assemble it so I recommend a little practice before hitting the trail. The fuel tab sits in a deep seamless well. I have only tried it so far with an Esbit tab which burned 18 minutes. The tab well should also work with fire gel or alcohol. In its carry case it takes up very little room and makes this a good backup stove for any other stove system.

Firstly, there are a lot of reviews on Youtube, so you won't find a lot of additional info here I think. Quite satisfied overall. Be sure to but 14 gram fuel tablets. Some say their fuel tablets don't fit, but I believe they are using the wrong size solid fuel. Also functions great as a windshield for an alcohol stove assuming you get a stove that fits. Interior diameter is a whisker more than 2.5". I bought a 1 oz Nivea hand cream tin as an alcohol stove, and it works great in the space. Just use the cream tin base with no lid. You can use cotton pads for a wick if you want, but the height is almost perfect for a multifunction stove. The stove does not come with fuel tablets, but it does come with a carry pouch that fits the stove and about 9 fuel tablets.

I use this for kayak camping, so I really like that it is compact and lightweight. It takes a little practice and patience to slot it together, but it is very stable once you do and you can move it around without worrying that it will come apart. The shape draws air well for the flame while keeping it protected from wind. You can use it on just about any surface because it does not seem to direct any of the heat downward. After cooking with it for half an hour the surface below was perfectly cool. If you’re done cooking before the fuel is completely consumed you can put out the flame by simply blowing hard on the fuel block. My only complaints with it are around the solid fuel it uses. The stove’s fuel block holder is just a little short for brand of solid fuel I bought, which seems to be a standard size. Not a deal-breaker, just noting it. Also, with the solid fuel blocks it is impossible to control the flame size. Not a big problem, but a consideration. That said, it did fine with my silicone pot, which can’t take flames licking up the side. I was able to adjust the pot’s position to avoid uneven flames from the fuel. It can be tricky lighting the fuel block. You can’t light it easily once it’s in the tray, since the hottest part of the flame from the match or lighter you’re using is directed upwards to your hand, not downwards to the fuel block, which can take a surprisingly long time to catch fire. The first time I used it I brought a Bic lighter and had to find a dry stick to use with it. Next time I brought wooden matches, but I went through half a dozen of them before I got it to light. What I do now is bring along several 2-3” lengths of cotton string soaked in liquid fuel (Sterno-type) in a small plastic zip bag. (They take up almost no space in the stove’s storage wallet.) I drape one over the fuel block and light it from below. It catches instantly and lights the fuel block more evenly. All in all, I am happy with this purchase and recommend this stove for minimalist camping.

The stove is nice and would be stable with larger pots. It's a bit fiddly to put together. Given the photos and description I thought it would come with some fuel, but it is just the stove and bag.

Like this stove, it is very stable and extremely light. I wish though that it came with a small grill or pot stand so that smaller cups could be used. I purchased a 500ml titanium cup and while it stays somewhat, it is not that stable. I think a kettle with a wide base or canteen cup would be the way to go with this stove but a pot stand of some sort would make it way more versatile.

First its easy to fit together and weighs practically nothing and it can handle a heavier pot than most would be comfortable putting on it. It boils water faster than the standard folding solid fuel stoves, due to its wind break style design. The spot where the fuel is put is off the ground, so you dont need to worry about catching the grass on fire or scorching the concrete or a table. This is a well thought out piece of kit, if you need a light weight portable solid fuel stove, this is the one.

If you’re already familiar with solid fuels and find them to be a good choice this stove is great. It’s light, acts somewhat well as a windscreen in my less than 10mph wind experience, is sturdy and easy to clean in a dishwasher. I can never seem to get 750ml to a rolling boil no matter what type of solid fuel brand or stove I use but they all get water hot enough for freeze dried food/instant coffee.

Perfect so far, soooo light and takes up hardly any space. I assume the sides will be somewhat windproof, and it's beefy enough that I won't worry about breaking it. Have been using an MSR pocket rocket for several years but dislike packing out empty fuel canisters. I tried this new stove out and yes, it heated one pint of water to a boil in 8 or 9 minutes. Found Esbit fuel at REI and pleasantly surprised it's not as stinky as I feared.

I have owned many, many stoves over the years. I have always loved using solid fuel on backpacking trips due to the safety and convenience that it brings. That said, solid fuel stoves over the years have been relatively cheaply made, and at times leave something to be desired from the standpoint of sturdiness and safety. Well, that is no longer the case! This stove literally feels like it weighs nothing, it folds down to nothing, but when put together it feels solid as a rock! Buy one, you won't regret it.

the bag in comes in almost weighs as much as the stove, can fit in a pocket so for a day outing to boil some water for coffee/tea and then heat up some soup the solid fuel tabs are perfect or I used the gel too
