Bought pack of 4 colors and unfortunately the red started to leak red in my printer and on my printouts. I sent a message through the Amazon site and the sell emailed me with a few questions and quickly sent me all 4 colors to replace. After cleaning up my machine and installing new red ...all is good.

Toner worked GREAT for 3 months. I printed only 500 color pages. But the cyan cartridge developed bad leak and is not usable. The tray with all 4 toner was blue all over and I had to use the air compressor to clean it. Don't buy this toner. See attached photo

This is a high quality toner at a fantastic price! Other reviewers have speculated the the printer manufacturer is updating the printers over the Internet to prevent them from using re-manufactured toner cartridges. I believe this is true. Immediately after installing the cartridge there was a long delay and the printer asked me if I wished to upgrade the firmware, which I declined. My replacement cartridge works fine. I strongly suspect that had I accepted the firmware update offered by the printer manufacturer I would be rating it one star and complaining that it didn't work. Printer manufacturers make most their profits on the toner and ink, not the printer itself.

Great value for money.Had an issue with my printer not seeing the black toner, sent seller a message late one evening and had a reply by lunch the following day. Within 36 hours they sent out a new black toner which I received 2 days later which worked perfectly. Great value for money and brilliant after sales service. What more can you ask for? I will definitely purchase from them again and already recommended them to a friend and family members.

I tried another aftermarket toner provider and the a couple cartridges leaked toner continuously and prints looked garbagy. I decided to try this one before going back to Brother. No leaks, nice prints. Better than paying Brother >4x as much money. Buy Brother if you need perfect prints.

If you need a toner cartridge and are not printing off anything critical this is a great, affordable toner cartridge. Its print quality is fine, not great, just fine. But for the price it is an outstanding value.
