We wiped the boat down two times and wet sanded the surface before applying a clear acrylic urethane. Most of the boat came out perfectly but there were still a few fish eyes. Overall I am pretty satisfied with this product.

I purchased this because the wax on my fiberglass hull prevented a good bond for the bottom paint. Will do a follow up in a year once I know how it worked out.
