No problem with this relatively high-end toilet itself, but the seats that came with them are a bit flimsy. Tightening the plastic bolts doesn't help; the problem is in the hinge itself. We installed two toilets (same model), and they work better than expected. (They're 1.28 GPF and replaced two 1.6 GPF toilets.) We considered dual-flush, which gives 1.6 GPF for the full flush, but we wanted space on the tank top for stuff. The one-piece design is a little more expensive, but much easier to clean. For us the right-hand (as you face the toilet) flush handle is a bit more convenient.

Good Quality, although it needs a bit more water to flush completely. We often need to flush twice for solids. Ease of cleaning is ok, better than most.

high quality product. flushes with great force. it was louder than I expected. the loudness is because the force of the water is so strong. if you are not concerned about the sound this 5 stars product

The first toilet was delivered broken into pieces. It took another week for replacement. I feel bad that it was not handled with care. The second delivery was perfect except for the broken clip inside the tank. Since I still have the first toilet, I switched part. I wish that they inspect the toilet before delivery and specifically instruct the carrier to be very careful. What waste of expensive product. Be careful with measurements. I thought everything is standard, but it wasn’t so. Part of my base board had to be cut to fit the toilet. Otherwise, I love Toto and won’t consider other brand toilets but Toto.Costumer service was excellent after all the problems.Great product.

The toilet is super quiet and works perfectly in our office restroom. We had to install an ADA compliant toilet and this did the job! It's easy to clean and it looks good. The seats are comfortable and the height is perfect. The color of the toilet is a nice white; not too bright and not too dull. I would highly recommend this toilet.

We purchased the Toto toilet and bidet on the recommendation of a friend. We love it. The flush doesn't use much water, but works well each time. The bidet is great. We love the heated seat as well as the washing and drying features.
