The heated towel rack is easy to set up. It warms up fast and is just the right size and not heavy making it easy to move around.

IT DOES NOT MEET SPECIFICATIONS. Does not heat within 10 mn. Does not reach a decent temperature. It is very sturdy but very short for normal bath towels. very disappointed

I tried this 3 different times hoping I wasn't leaving it on the rack long enought and it did not heat my towel. It heats up to 60 quickly but I left my towel on it for up to an hour and you could barely tell it had been on there. It was a tiny bit warm in spots but nothing you would even notice. I'll look for another one that hopefully works.

The basic problem is this product does not get warm enough. The maximum heating termperature on this item is lower than on several other free-standing towel warmers offered on Amazon. I am returning it and buying a different one with better heating capability.

We use this rack to dry clothing because in our apartment we are not allow to have washer or dryer so this rack is perfect for drying washed cloth winter or summer, easy to setup. Good metal and light weight, takes us 5 minutes to setup. I have the button legs tug in to my bed so it take almost no space.

It has been used for a long time and shows no signs of wear. It's in a good location, too. It dries fast. We like this this.
