I picked this towel warmer because I like the look of the wide panels instead of the more common style (multiple bars). It has a sleek, modern style--and all that surface area will be better at drying my towels!

I’ve waited a few weeks before posting this review. I love how it looks and it was so easy to put together and install (great instructions). The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is that it does take a while to heat a towel and it doesn’t get as warm as I like. I also ordered the manual switch so that I could put it in a timer, but they sent the push button option. I know that’s supposed to be an upgrade, but it’s a pain to have to push each button to get it going.

I hired a contractor to install an appropriate electrical outlet and mount the rack. It works great, looks great; a wet facecloth needs about three hours to dry, a damp towel about one hour and the unexpected surprise is it heats up the bathroom on cold mornings nicely.

This model fits perfectly between my shower and closet. If you have a narrow space, or just like the look I would recommend it. I've been using it regularly for over a year with no issues. It can do 2, 4, 6 or 8 hour or continuous and it has three different warming areas. These should be standard in all Pacific Northwest homes!

Highly recommend this towel warmer. Like the ones we would experience in Europe. The large plating heats up and Slowly dries out wet towels so no mildew. (Unlike the ones most people buy that are just bars.) Great to dry small hand washed items! Easy to install. The timers and 3 zones are fantastic. Terrific buy for the money. Already have given one as a wedding to gift to family as well!

I got the white, more expensive one to make sure I was investing on something that was going to work for my clinic.At first is was working fine. I wished for more warmth because I used this for treatments at my Ayurvedic Clinic during the winter. So, it was warming the towels enough but just little to little.. and then after a little over a year when I turned it on and set it up for maybe 4 or 6hrs depending on how long I am going to be working with clients but everytime always around 10 to 20 minutes later when I am ready to get the towels to lay on my clients! the whole thing is OFF and the towels are room temperature cold, so it is not working. Feels like the system ones that gets to the temperature to start warming, it turns off... I made the big 4 holes on the wall to installed this and now I need to find a better system... I haven't contacted the company because I bought this 2 years ago and I don't think they will replace it..

Useful for one towel at a time only. To hard to fish another over, cause distance from wall. Also, buttons very annoying. Have to hold it in place too long.

If I remember to turn this unit on when I wake in the morning, by the time I shower an hour later, the towel is totally toasty. If I forget and just turn it on right before my shower, the unit still takes the chill off the towel on these chilly mornings. I'm very happy with the look and function of this towel warmer. The only downsides are that you have to turn each panel on separately (should be one option to turn the whole unit on), and it took a bit to figure out the timer switch (although I could have just read the directions first). Although the unit is not small, bath towels (more like bath sheets than in the old days) that I've bought recently are really big, and I can't see warming more than one at a time unless using smaller towels, such as the quick-dry. Still, this unit works so well and looks so nice that I have to give it 5 stars. Will update review if it doesn't last.
