This rack was wobbly from the get go and did not warm the towels but we kept it anyway. Today it finally fell off the wall. I should have paid more attention to the reviews but this rack is garbage. Do NOT buy it.

If you’re going to sell a “luxury” item, it probably needs to have a mounting kit with instructions for the item that is in the box not some other random rack.

The installation directions did not match the product received. There were mounting brackets referenced that weren't included. Thankfully, it was rather intuitive, but you needed to be quite precise in measuring the placement of the mount. Also, even though I used the include wall anchors, there is still a fair amount of "give" or "sway" in the bracket as you swing the arms. Overall, installation was probably 2 stars. As for the product itself, it is okay at best. It really only heats the portion of the towel that contacts the swing arm. So, if you are using four individual towels (one on each bar) only about a 2-3 inch wide section gets warmed. It is not strong enough to provide additional ambient heat to the other towels. Instead, I will simply drape a single towel over all four arms and it is warmed throughout. I had hoped to use this just inside our walkout basement in the cooler months to warm the hot tub towels, but I'll just continue to throw them in the dryer for a minute - warms the whole towel and I don't have to run it for hours to heat up.

I had high hopes for this towel warmer, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations and left me disappointed. While there are some positive aspects, the negatives outweigh them significantly.Installation was relatively easy, although it requires a nearby outlet. The built-in safety switch near the sink is a nice feature. I appreciate the different temperature settings and the timer, as well as the swinging bars that can be locked in position.However, there are several issues that make this towel warmer unsatisfactory. Firstly, I was hoping for an always-on option to have a warm towel, not just a dry one. This feature is sorely missed. Secondly, the base of the attachment points is too narrow, causing the rack to dig into the drywall as I swing the arms left and right. It lacks stability, and I'll have to find a way to fix the wobble on my own. Thirdly, the instruction manual and hardware provided were for a different towel warmer rack, which had four attachment points and no swiveling bars. This mistake adds to the frustration and inconvenience of the product.Overall, while the towel warmer has some positive attributes and simplicity in its design, it requires a few minor redesigns to address the stability and functionality issues. For now, I cannot recommend this towel warmer due to the shortcomings I've experienced.

Installation was pretty easy, but you'll definitely need a nearby outlet. I'm glad it has a built in safety switch as it is near a sink. I like how it has 5 different temperature settings and a timer, and the bars do swing freely and then stay in position.However, there are a few issues. First, I was hoping there'd be an always-on option. I like having a warm and not just a dry towel. Second, the base of the attachment points is a bit narrow and I can already feel it digging into the drywall as I swing the arms left and right. If there was a wider plate attached to the backs, then this would be more stable. I will have to improvise something to fix the wobble. Third, the instruction manual and hardware was for a different towel warmer rack, a version that had 4 attachment points and without swiveling bars.Overall it's a very good and elegantly simple towel warmer that could stand a couple of minor redesigns.

This allows you the ability to see how the wealthy lives without having to spend crazy amounts of money. It really warms the towel to a calm level of warmth and not like a single piece of clothing you leave in the drier for too long. It is easy to set up and run. Visually it is not appealing at all but the functionality and what it does for you makes you not care about that. The cool down after stopping is about 6-10 minutes I have found.
