This tweezerman nail clipper for small dogs fits my small hands well but is extremely dull. It squeezed my dog's nails and caused each one to splinter. I used the clippers on two nails and I am returning them. I am looking for clippers that are sharp enough to make a clean and quick cut. These are not them! In the last two weeks I have ordered two of the Millers Forge with the red handle. Each of those cuts well but the plastic coverings on the handles slip as though they are secured with Vaseline! This is dangerous! This tweezerman is as dull as I've ever found in a new nail clippers. I have re-ordered two others that I hope will perform better, the Safari and a similar one to that. Seeing as how difficult it is to get a good dog nail clippers these days, if they both work well I will keep them both! This tweezerman is going back to Amazon and I hope it's not re-sold to an owner of another unfortunate pet.

Had a good quality Miller's Forge nail clipper for years, no shield. Always great. Tried one with safety cut guard, had good blade but obstructed my view. This Tweezerman? No safety stop, blade seems good, we'll see how it lasts.

These trimmers splinter my cats nails. They don't leave a clean cut. I was previously using a scissor style nail trimmer with the same shaped end and they worked much better. I'm not sure that these are an upgrade. They work, they get the job done, but it's not a smooth cut.

We have 4 dogs so I cut a lot of nails. They make trimming nails easier and are sturdy.

I groom all my dogs and some are unfortunately difficult to do nails. These made the job so much better. I bought two so I will have a pair at both houses. I literally groom every week and try to do small nail trims at least twice a month because I have seen too many rescues who have nails growing into the paw pads. If you get good trimmers, it makes the job easier, quicker, and much better on the dogs. Great product!

We have multiple cats and cut their nails monthly. This is by far the best cutters we’ve tried. Sharp and easy to use, less painful for the cats. Will use these only going forward.

My dog is very difficult when it comes to trimming his nails, but the fact that you can clip from the side makes it much easier. I am glad I purchased this product.
