My son loves it! It was a great birthday gift for him. Great quality and accurate. He's had hours of fun shooting targets with it and it's powerful enough to hunt small game. Has a great weight, look, and feel.

With good pellets, this thing is unbelievable. Own several pellet guns, this is the only one we use now. .22 cal is the perfect size. We put a better scope on it. Smacking quarters consistently at 50 yards from a bench. Excellent air rifle!

He bought this with his own money he’s 18 and he said that it looked a lot more expensive than what we paid for it. He really enjoys it and shoots very long range.

Very good varmit gun, it’s pretty heavy and very well built. It’s not terribly loud either but it is noticeable to neighbors. There’s an automatic safety that pushes toward you when you prime the pump, you must tick it off each time before a shot. I’ve gotten accurate shots up to 100 feet, the scope is a pain in the ass to zero though. It has fake knobs that screw off to adjust a flat plastic piece that is soft and will get damaged if you use pliers to adjust. The iron sights are easy to adjust and are pretty accurate, even though my rear is canted slightly it’s much more reliable than the scope. It’s a good scope, don’t get me wrong. It just doesn’t stay zeroed for long and is a pain in the ass like I said. You’re probably going to need a second shot occasionally because of this and I’ve taken to reloading very fast after I get a hit, just in case I have to put a more fatal shot in. It has plenty of power to kill, just don’t rely on the scope if it’s zoomed in very far you will need to rezero anytime you change anything.

This air rifle is very well made, and it looks and feels very solid, modern and sexy! The sight and scope were both very low right out of the box, but after about 20 rounds, both are spot on. The strap comes very hand because it is not a light gun, and being able to put it on your shoulder is a big plus. I am not sure about this gun without the silencer, but don't expect it to be super quiet. It kind of sounds like a nail gun.It is a marvelous piece! Glad I bought it. I am working from home and when I get a bit bored, I would go to my backyard plinking a few rounds. Fun!

I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from?? After receiving mine, I cleaned it, tightened everything, installed the scope, and started shooting off my indoor bench/range. Let me start by saying that the supplied scope is the best I have seen of any brand/gun with an included scope, and I do appreciate the automatic safety feature. That being said, there isn't much else good about this rifle. The trigger is advertised as "adjustable"....and IT IS NOT! Out of the box, the trigger "adjustment screw" is all the way in (coarse threads in a plastic trigger!) with no adjustment left. It is as "gritty" and "draggy" as any trigger I have ever felt! Trigger pull is extreme! I didn't measure, but I'm guessing 8+ pound trigger pull... that is insanely hard for any rifle! Next, the "integral rail" on top of the receiver is PLASTIC!! When I first attached the scope mount/rings, the rail broke at the spot I located the front ring while tightening down the screws! This forced me to relocate the ring, and forced me to mount the scope too far rearward for my focal length. NEXT....ACCURACY IS HORRIBLE! Out of the box, this rifle was throwing 5"+ groups at 15yrds off a bench. After 300 rounds that when down to about 4"..... and after 700 round it's still 3 1/2"+ groups at the same 15yrds. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a nearly $300 air gun!!! CONCLUSION: This is the second Umarex/Ruger I've tried (first was the Ruger Blackhawk that broke within 50 rounds), and this one is the second failure. For $300 there should be a much higher level of quality and accuracy in an air rifle. I think I'm done with Umarex/Ruger.....I know this one is getting returned!!
