This plate is exactly as described and shown, and it was my mistake to assume it was smaller. I though it would be the same size as the original Ryobi plate, but fully ROUND instead of half round, half square, as the one included.Still, nice plate, well crafted, good quality acrylic and well machined screw holes.Not for me, but would recommend for others!

I was trying to route a thinner item and no longer have the center plate for my router. After screwing up a few items, I was looking at new routers and then replacement parts for my router.Long story short, I stumbled across this plate and figured I would give it a try. And it worked!! This was a way better option than buying a new router.I only wish the router table holes lined up, but I can always switch back to the original plate when I re-mount it on the table.

Ryobi was the first listed "fit" brand and this base plate does not. A frustrating return that has delayed my project.

Did not fit Bosch 1618 as advertises. Worthless.Tried on two other cheap routers could not find a fit.Wish I would have read more reviews that said the same.

Definitely not a universal product. I could not find one whole from center that lined up. Fortunately I was able to drill holes using the pattern from the Ryobi R161 deck. This is an older router that has been out of production.

This is the second time I bought a plate that said it fit the Bosch 1617 with the plunger Router. I’ll have to return this one also does not fit Bosch.

I bought this hoping I could use it to help me attach my router to my router table. It wasn’t designed for this. I can use it and will just need to figure out another way of attaching my router to the table. The product works as designed and is of good quality.

I purchased this as a replacement for a missing base on an old Mikita router that I purchased at an auction. My only reason for four stars was that the fit wasn’t quite that universal and required a little extra work on my part. Once it it was installed it has worked fine. All in all it was a pretty good purchased and I am pleased with the results.
