Easy install and much cheaper than other sites. Seems to work well, very smooth. Gave a 3 for durability as itโs too early to tell.

The plastic used in making these tabs is thinner than our old ones (which I kept for reference). The original brackets lasted 20.5 yrs. In service for our family, used daily and sometimes more than once/day. The only other things that have been replaced were the door opening pulleys, the electronic control panel and both racks (due to rusting ends on prongs). Those replacements happened only once. Unfortunately, these brackets are now being replaced again and in a shockingly short period of time.

I was replacing these in my 11yr old whirlpool dishwasher as the original one appeared to be wearing out (I.e. they werenโt grabbing the wires on the top rack & top rack was not fully supported). This 4 pack was a good price, looked almost exactly like my original ones, & the description said they would fit whirlpool dishwashers. After watching some instructional videos, I easily changed these out without a second set of hands and found that they are easy to install (although a second person would be helpful when getting the rack back in after replacing). My only concern is that they didnโt snap onto the wires on the rack, which is what I expected. So Iโm waiting to see if they keep my top rack supported. If they would have โsnappedโ into place, I would have given a 5 star rating.

I replaced one upper rack wheel arm a few years ago with an OEM Whirlpool brand. A few days ago, two arms snapped off (with company in town) and as I looked at the part I previously purchased, it was over $12 for one. I did a quick search and found this 4 pack for almost the same price. It looked similar in the picture so I purchased them. The item arrived quickly and as I went to install it, I noticed the wheel was larger than the originals on the dishwasher and would not fit. Instead of trying to return it, I decided to grab some needle nose pliers and attempt to squeeze the plastic tabs gently trying not to brake them and pry the wheel off so I could reuse the old wheels which were still good. To my surprise I was able to take all 4 wheels off without braking any tabs. I snapped the old wheels on two of them and they worked perfectly! Now I have two more arms for back ups. I almost gave it 4 Stars for the incorrect wheel size but changed it to 5 since I never checked to see if this fit my specific model number and assumed it fit all KitchenAid/Whirlpool/Kenmore dishwashers. So I am pleased with the purchase. They actually fit a little tighter (a good thing as it feels more secure) than the original ones. Funny story - as I went back to take a photo for this product review... the last of the original arms snapped so it is a good thing I purchased this 4 pack as if one goes, the rest will follow sooner or later, after all it is a 14 yr. old dishwasher.
