After researching eBikes, we landed on this GREAT bike. We live in a hilly area and this bike had great assist and I had no problems getting up all the hills. Easy to use once you learn the button placement. I have started riding to work for health and money savings and have no concerns regarding battery life. The retro aqua color just makes this a fun bike.

I was really excited to receive this e-bike because it looked beautiful right out of the box. Unfortunately, the quality and assembly left me extremely disappointed.Right from the start, the left pedal wouldn’t fully insert into the crank arm and came off just 15 seconds into my first test ride. To make matters worse, the front light cable arrived cut, making the bike unsafe to use. The phone holder was carelessly thrown into the box instead of being properly secured, and the instruction manual was vague and unhelpful.I spent hours trying to fix everything, but parts kept coming loose no matter what I did. I expected much better quality and attention to detail for the price. This experience has been frustrating and stressful, and I’m genuinely worried about having an accident while riding.I would appreciate it if the seller could send me a new crank arm, pedal, and front light to resolve these issues.

Love the bike! Would gladly recommend to others. I ride it mostly on greenways.Pros: Plenty of power (I'm 6 ft tall & weigh 230 lbs) and so far the battery life is as advertised. The adjustable stem handlebar helps optimize for both comfort and control. This is especially important if you have back issues. The hybrid/knobby tires provide a comfortable ride on asphalt and good grip on softer surfaces. I love the bike rack. I put a 17L-45L trunk bag on it. Its great for holding drinks, food, gear, etc... The multi-color display is easy to read and I strongly prefer it over a greyscale version.Cons: I would have given the bike 5 stars; however, I couldnt mount the front fender as one of the mounting tab screws appears to be cross threaded & I cant get it out. I avoid riding on wet surfaces, so I dont need a front fender anyway.The assembly booklet that came with the bike has a lot of room for improvement. Suggest you watch the YouTube videos to help guide assembly.

Very good quality build. Comes with accessories like headlight, rear rack, fenders that other e bike manufacturers charge extra for. Battery life is excellent. Ride is comfortable. Also has a built in throttle that I use to get moving from a dead stop. Very helpful. Easy assembly as only need to put in the seat post and handle bars. Every thing was easy to assemble and adjust. Unboxing and assembly took about 30 minutes. CON: This is a city bike, not for steep inclines.

This bike seems well made with metal fenders and other parts that could be plastic but are metal. Back rack is solid, brakes are ok at this price point and controls well thought out. There is a problem in description of this bike in fact the one I received has 26"X 2.10 tires not x1.95 so they are slightly fatter. The speedometer is accurate up to 33kl/hr then wildly inaccurate. Top speed down hill peddling is max 40kl/hr with restriction removed in the display settings and measured by gps. The battery came dented and the support has very good at trying to resolve this with several conversation via messaging. They have sent me a new battery saving me trying to repackage the entire bike. Excellent customer service.

After a month of testing and enjoying the ride I can leave a well documented review-The assembly was very easy for me (You might need to tinker with the wheel and brake positioning-Here is a mountainous uneven terrain with very steep inclines and I can say that it outperforms other ebikes that I tested (see incline of 12% in picture)-The suspension is very good, even the saddle is soft and comfortable.-The display screen is small, but once you get used to it, you can see all you need to see.-The rear rack is really useful, in special that I added a basket.-By having the handle bar higher that the seat, you can seat comfortable in a relaxed position, no stress on your wrist.-In the same time, by enabling to set the seat so low, you can reach with one leg the ground at traffic lights, no need to disembark.-The lights and the horn are a nice bonus-Enabling to personalize the parameters, you can adjust the ebike performance to your style and strength.like: Pedal Assist Strength, Pedal Assist sensitivity, time of delay before kicks in the Assist mode etc.....-The support I got was prompt and resolved to satisfaction. (one pedal was missing)
