The product listing on the Amazon page give an accurate description of this track light, so I won't go over all of it here.2 features make it stand out from cheaper fixtures: it has a 3-setting switch to adjust color temperature. I used a meter to measure the colors: 3100K (warm white), 3883K (medium) and 5250 (cool white, close to daylight). The figures in the product description are very close to what I measured.The other standout is the focusing ability, reputed to be 15 to 60 degrees. I did not check the accuracy of this, but it seems right.It is also dimmable, and does not flicker (something I can easily notice, but not all people can). The fixture does not get at all hot. No problem touching it.2 quibbles: in the provided video, there are sound effects that imply that the zoom feature is motorized. It is not. The variable angle zoom is adjusted by twisting the barrel, and in fact it's pretty loose and does not stay in place very firmly. I can imagine some vibration changing the zoom setting, but this is a minor complaint. The video also shows (at the 3-second mark) the outer plastic part of the electrical contact turning. In fact, the stem of the light turns, the outer plastic part does not. This will be clearer when you install it.The electrical contacts fit very firmly into place--much more than the easy installation of my older track light fixtures. So hard you may feel like you're breaking it.

This is a 3 color LED spotlight. It is adjustable and easy to set up. Instructions are included in the box. The beam is easily adjustable and it provides quality light. Item is easily rotatable as well. This far, have enjoyed the purchase and using it to do evening reading.
