I now have two of these so I can alternate clean ones (although I use a cover sleeve on them to wash separately). These are so comfortable as the contour under the chin creates perfect support. I have a cervical spine issue, awaiting a nerve block procedure. In the meantime, when traveling in a car, or even sometimes at home, this collar is a Godsend to help alleviate pain. I tried a few others that were just too wide and thick under the chin and returned them. This is the perfect one for me. Btw it washes easily, air dry. Mrs. T

What you are buying is a sleeve for your neck brace. My neck brace is only 2" wide, so it covered it very easily. My neck brace was chafing my skin after about 10 minutes, so I slid this gem on, and voila! No more chafing! I love the silky, slippery feel of it! Like a silk pillowcase! Just what I needed.

I needed to wear my neck collar again after hurting my neck lifting a heavy item. Had spinal / neck surgery repairs from an old horse riding accident a few years ago. Wearing my collar again my neck became so chafed and hot made it very uncomfortable. Finding this item made it possible to wear longer in more comfort. It is soft and cooling. I ordered medium as a good cover. Almost recovered. Good luck

Just hd spinal surgery, have to wear a neck brace for 2 weeks. The one I got after surgery became blood stained, so after cleaning the collar, the new sleeve fit perfectly. (I have a 19" neck) and the XL fit perfectly.

Purchased 2 of these for my husband’s neck brace the hospital gave him after cervical fusion surgery. It’s soft, breathable, and wicking. It looks so much better than the giant white brace. He says it’s cooling, soft and comfortable.

It's comfortable and keeps you cool; however, it is NOT worth the price they charge for it and it doesn't cover the entire neck brace only the front and a little bit of the side.
