It's always been 7an for me, so not sure why I'm even leaving a review. exactly what I wanted shipped quickly at a great price. Used to order them from a music store nearby and paid the same amount for one pair.

The sticks I received did not feel or sound like real Vic Firth sticks. I’ve been using Vic Firth’s 7A nylon tips for about 6 years now and as soon as I got these, I knew something was fishy from the abnormal strong smell to the feel. Needless to say they broke during the first usage, something which no real Vic Firth stick ever does (I’ve been using a 5A pair for about 4 years now with minimal damage). Absolutely do NOT recommend

Honestly, I feel like I can drum 1000 beats per second with these! Light and durable!
