Love these so much we bought a second one for the other desk. Have had one for over a year, the second for a few months. They are simple and perfect. 3 settings allows you to choose how hot you want to keep your coffee (I like the medium - I don't care for drinks to be super hot).

Really keeps my tea warm so I can enjoy it all morning. The only unfortunate thing is that my favorite (over-sized) mug doesn't quite fit the warmer base - still keeps my tea warm, but it's a bit wobbly. Not a deal breaker, though. The unit performs well. I Like it!

Maybe it’s the kind of cups I have, but this doesn’t keep my hot liquids very hot. Kind of disappointing.

I have 2 of these now and may get another - it’s much better than my previous coffee warmer. It even reheats lukewarm coffee if left on the warmer long enough.The multi-temp feature is great for coffee and tea. Use the lower settings for when you have just-a-little coffee left, or for most teas.This keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours as long as I have a silicone cup cover on it, and if a cup cover isn’t used the top of the coffee will get quite scummy after a while anyway. I also love the auto-off feature - especially for those times I forget to turn it off before running out to the store for a quick something and don’t get back home for several hours 😬. It accommodates cups with bottom diameters up to 3 & 5/8 inch diameter which allows me to make a 16oz big mug ☕️ cup if I need to . Do measure the bottom diameter of your cup, though, if you have a large one - as it won’t keep coffee warm if the cup is too big to sit all the way down on the hot-plate part.

My husband asked me if I was doing an infomercial for this mug warmer, because I kept telling him how much I liked all the features. I got one for my house and I’m going to buy another one for my office. The design is sleek, it’s easy to operate, and keeps my coffee hot! It would keep it hotter if I had a lid on my mug like they suggest, but it’s a good temp without. So get a mug lid if you like your coffee piping burning hot, or get an Ember mug.I love the auto-shutoff. I also like that it blinks after you turn it off until it cools down.

I love this warmer! I was worried that it wouldn't work on my "normal" mugs that I already have since it has specifications on how flat the bottom should be. But that is not an issue. Yes, it does work better the flatter the bottom of the mug is, but it still works on all of my mugs. It does get very hot and I usually have to turn the temp down. The only complaint I have for this product is the on/off button. I wish that there was a separate button to turn the device off. The temperature button is easily bumped and the hot plate gets turned on unintentionally sometimes.

I gave this as a gift and I have been told it does keep their coffee hot (on high level). It is a really good quality however it is not worth what I paid for it.
