I just reseeded my grass and bought and installed my second one of these timers. It is hard to find anything wrong with them. There is very little setup. It connects to the smart life app easily and works great. Put batteries in. Go to add device and it automatically finds it. You can add any schedule you need and get reminded when it goes on and off. You can easily start the timer manually by the push of one of the buttons or from the app itself. You can also turn on Smart weather delay so the schedule won't proceed if it is raining. These only take 2 AA batteries unlike 4 that many others take and do not leak water into the battery compartment like others I have had!! The quality is great and for a smart timer the price is even better. It looks great and gets the job done.I would suggest to get the double outlet timer because you never know what you're going to need. I have two timers with 7 sprinklers in total and they works flawlessly.

I bought the system so that I could remotely turn my sprinklers on and off while out of town. Even when I was at the property, I constantly got a “device timed out” message. I scheduled the sprinkling to happen at a specified time each day, which worked fine as long I was on the property. Once I left town, the scheduled sprinklings did not continue. This product is garbage, and I lost my entire garden because it didn’t work properly.

I bought two of these and they failed after two months. It seems they are not waterproof. I am amazed at the good reviews and cannot believe that others have not or will not have the same problem. The lCD case is filled with condensate and the LCD screen is barely visible. The instructions claim there is a one yr warranty however there does not seem to any way to contact the seller. I am a frequent amazon customer however this experience will keep me more suspicious of new Amazon transactions in the future. Amazon does not seem to care about its retail customers once the 30 day return window is over or they would have more restrictions on their sellers. That is a very big mistake.

It was easy to assemble. Sometimes it says it’s watering or off when it’s actually doing the opposite. Otherwise it gets the job done for my lawn needs. The tech part is simple and easy to setup and understand.

I used this for one of my drip system lines, and it performed excellently throughout the season. The programming is easy to understand, it works flawlessly, and it's very reasonably priced. I just pulled it in for the winter when I winterized my faucets, and I'll be pulling it back out in the spring to use again next year.

I used this for watering patio planters when I’m away on vacation. The timer worked fine and the plants all lived.

The app for these is really easy to use and it’s super nice to be able to just turn them on from inside of the house. If you plan to do manual watering, all you need to do is push the button and it turns on with 10 minute intervals.
