One of the rack carriers and rollers came off and rested on the heater element which basically destroyed the part and one of the wheels. I tried to order a replacement carrier and wheels from the manufacturer (GE) but the carrier was on backorder with no estimate as to when they would actually have the part. I put the part number in on Amazon and immediately came up with the correct part and with one-day shipping recieved the part (with the wheels already attached) and had it replaced in less than 3 days (1 day to order, 1 day to ship, 1 day to insert (although this only took less than a minute). Better yet it fit perfectly, no adjustments, no fiddling, just inserted and it works.

My new GE dishwasher came with one of the carriers broken. This was the exact carrier that was needed for replacement. The price was excellent. (I was glad I ordered this right away from Amazon as GE took 4 weeks to send their replacement rollers and another 2 weeks to send the carrier part)
