Although the write up said this was an updated replacement for the original equipment’s replacement it did not work. When I got the first model that replaced the original equipment it worked easily. So I returned this item.

Working great so far as a replacement for a M-24E from 1997 on a weathermatic silver bullet valve. Hope it lasts as long as the original.

I used this to replace my extremely old M24E solenoid that went bad. This item was an upgrade but it is a drop in replacement that worked perfectly.

This is a pretty basic product so there's not much to review but it's super easy to install. That said, it does not come with instructions. There are tons of resources on the internet and it's, literally, screwing it into place and connecting two wires.

Perfect fit and replacement solenoid valve. Great price, fast repair myself, less than 5 mins! Recommend the valve to others. The contractor was to charge 125 bucks for the replacement ... was labor alone and didn't include the solenoid.
