I absolutely love this vest! The vest is well made, the sizing is adjustable, it’s easy to put on and remove and it’s effective. Once you put it on it’s extremely comfortable. I have no issues with wearing it. I think the design is perfect for most body types. Because I have osteoporosis I couldn’t use all of the weights immediately so it’s great that the weights can be adjusted. I’ve had the vest for several months now and it’s very durable with no evidence of tearing or fraying with regular use. It’s also very versatile in that it can be used for building bone or adding weight for your workout. I highly recommend this vest for anyone interested in wearing a weighted vest for workouts etc. I’m so happy with it I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

I love this weighted vest! I bought the 9-18 pound vest and I’m so glad I did. You can make it lighter or heavier per your workout choice. This really pushes you in your workout. It does the job and is comfortable and not bulky which I like. You can adjust the sides to fit perfectly. The quality appears solid and nice. The design is sleek and can be worn by either sex. Love it!!! I have no regrets!

I'm very happy with this weight vest because it's adjustable. I'd previously gotten a little ambitious and bought a 16 lb. one that is not adjustable and sometimes find it to be a bit much. I like that this one can adjust up or down as I see fit. It will also allow me to let my sons try it out when they visit to see if they'd find using one beneficial since they are both newly out on their own and want to start incorporating more fitness into their regular lives.

I got this weighted vest to add some rigor to my walks. I think it will do the job but there is one drawback. If you look at all the pictures in the ad, you’ll note that they all show the vest outside of the clothing. First, that’s a marketing thing. They want to show the vest. But it’s also a practical thing. This is quite bulky, especially if you have many of the weight sacks in the vest. It’s not going to fit comfortably under any tight fitting exercise clothing or a snug coat or jacket. That’s unfortunate because I planned to wear it under a winter jacket and it adds noticeable bulk. Other than that, it’s comfortable to wear and reasonably easy to put on. I like the removable weight sacks which allow you to get just the amount of extra weight you want. Fit and finish are good. All the stitching looks good and secure as are the hook and loop closures. Overall, this will do what I got it to do. However, it is quite a bit more bulky than I expected, but it is a good product.

Weight-bearing impact exercise is known to stave off osteoporosis by increasing bone density. Without the necessity of changing my daily routine and by simply adding the Bokton Weighted Vest makes that goal attainable. The vest itself is 4 pounds with the choice to add up to 6 added pounds in one-pound increments. Every part of the weighted vest is well made and durable. It has the convenience of front pockets and reflective safety stripes on the front and back. I have no challenges getting the vest on or off. It fits comfortably and no adjustments are needed when wearing. I consider the vest to be a valuable tool and recommend it. A perfect gift for yourself. Here is to your health and fitness! Cheers!

This weighted vest can add a lot to your fitness routine and general wellness! It's very comfortable for me to wear with no weights in it at 4lb, and as I am learning to build up resistance I'm adding more weight to increase my tolerance and strength. I like the options for placement of the additional weight in front or back.The quality of the vest seems very good, the stitching is nice and the pockets for the weights are a nice size. I'm 5'3" and average build, and while I have big hair, I had no problem fitting this on over my head. I did ask some family members to try it on, and the men who were larger builds said it was too small for them. I would not advise this for anyone who is very large, or who has a hard time pulling something over their head, as it might be difficult. But otherwise it adjusts easily with straps and is easy to use.

I truly didn’t know what to think about this weighted vest, we are both a bit on the claustrophobic side so the thought of having this wrapped around us tightly made us both nervous, but we knew we needed something like this. Up until this point we have only had a backpack whenever we wanted to way down something on our bodies, but a backpack just puts a lot of strain on your back and does not really help with what you’re trying to accomplish. This weighted vest is a godsend, it is extremely comfortable and you really do not notice That feeling of claustrophobia with this vest on despite it looking quite daunting when you see it in stock pictures. It is actually very comfortable, and we have noticed as long as we have it a little loose so our chest can expand while we’re breathing we are perfectly fine

Wasn't too satisfied with the fitting of this vest partially with the difficulty of slipping the vest over my head and removal; otherwise, the vest has some good design elements with easy replacement of the six weight elements and their pockets.And I found that weight placement is not ideal for me - I am used to having the weight evenly distributed across my trapezius and shoulders - this vest positions it lower and beneath the shoulder blades.
