This was a gift for a friend. She reports that she loves this vest. She wears it not only while walking, but around the house when cleaning for added strength and bone density building.It functions properly and is comfortable enough to wear when worn over thin clothes.

It is actually a pretty good vest, but it is labeled and advertised as having a capacity of 4 to 10 pounds but comes with 6 one pound weights and has 6 pockets to accommodate them. I keep reaching dead ends in trying to report the inaccurate information to Amazon; none of the options applies to misrepresented products and I don't want to go through the whole chat process. I recently did that with a mislabeled product and it took forever. I wanted to work up to the 10 pound weight, and this vest is sturdy and will work well until I want to add more than 6 pounds of weight. I imagine that I am not alone in finding the difference between a 6 and 10 pound vest to be significant.

This vest has 6lbs removable. 4 in the upper vest non-removable. Use it for the stair stepper for 30 minutes and this is a game changer in my leg strength. People has randomly told me I look much different over the last 2 weeks and I definitely know it's from this. Reflective vest if I'm walking my dog as well.

This is a good weighted vest, but it is sand based and fit is a little lacking, so couldn’t give it 5 stars.

I got this weighted vest to wear while walking to help reduce the risk of fractures due to osteoporosis. This 4-10 lbs weighted vest has 6 removable 1-lb weights. The other 4 non-removable lbs are nicely distributed on the shoulders, chest & back. To start off, I took all 6 removable weights out of the vest. The 4 remaining lbs were very comfortable to wear while walking; I will work up to add 1 lb at a time. I wear a size 4 woman’s clothes, and this vest fits me perfectly by adjusting to the straps on the side. There are 2 parachute buckles for quick secure & release of the vest. There are couple of well designed features on this vest: There are reflective stripe on the vest for high visibility when exercising outdoors, and there is a mesh bag to store cell phone or keys while exercising. This is a fantastic weighted vest, and I highly recommend it!

This NEALFIT weighted vest has been a fantastic addition to my workouts! It’s adjustable from 11-20 lbs., which makes it versatile for different exercise routines. The six 1.5 lb. bags can be easily added or removed, so I can adjust the resistance based on my activity. The vest is comfortable and distributes the weight well across the chest, back, and shoulders.It’s great for walking, bodyweight exercises, and stationary biking. I’ve felt the difference in my leg strength, especially when wearing it for walks. The soft material and reflective strips are a nice touch, making it safer for evening workouts. There’s also a mesh pocket on the front, which is perfect for holding my phone or keys while working out.It does have a few minor drawbacks. The “11-20 LBS” graphic on the front looks a bit odd, and the straps could use some Velcro to keep them from hanging loose. While it’s comfortable for most exercises, it does bounce a bit when running, even when tightly strapped. However, for exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and burpees, it adds a whole new level of challenge and makes the workouts much more effective.Overall, this is a solid weighted vest for anyone looking to add resistance to their workouts. Highly recommended for bodyweight routines, but maybe not the best for running or for women, given how it distributes the weight.
