I am not to sure why it is advertised with 35lb or 45 lb as this comes in around 10lbs of weight. It is simple to use and adjust with 2 front buckles that can be loosened or tightened to fit you comfortably. I appreciated the soft material that doesn't hurt my neck and is balanced very well. I have worn it around the neighborhood on walks and even under a backpack for a "ruck" like experience. Will help with some strength and balancing.

This is fantastic and built- RUGGED-TOUGH! Durable and made for the 🏋🏻♀️ Big Leagues. In terms of heavy weight exercise vests - this is as SERIOUS as it gets! 🏆 I love this so much and going to put it to good use to help me get in shape. It’s solid in build construction with weight bars made out of cast-iron. I’m definitely gonna work my way up to 45 Pounds - which is my goal! The fasteners & nylon compartments are all top-notch and heavy duty. And the mesh pouch in the back I could fit my sunglasses or a small water bottle. And for nighttime safety there is reflective strips on the front and back. Heck yes, this gets my five star rating! Absolutely, this gets my 100% 🏋🏻♀️ BODYBUILDER-APPROVED "TRIED-and-TRUE" EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STAR RATING.I only give five star ratings to items that I use and exceed my expectations for quality, functionality, and durability. This vest is comfortable and easy to take on and off. The two straps fasten securely and provide a good range of adjustment.I have only used this for doing pullups and pushups so I can't comment on how it would feel while running or other active sports.This vest is comfortable enough that you will not really be conscious of it while wearing. It is low profile and I have been wearing it under my shirt at work to help gain some strength back after knee surgery.

There’s a lot to like about this weighted vest!There’s a mesh pouch on the back that you can use for… whatever you’d like. It’s big enough to fit a phone but I’d prefer to keep it in my shorts pocket.There’s two straps & buckles: one goes under your arms & one goes over your shoulders. Seems to be well made too.Here’s a nice feature I really appreciate: there’s a flap under each buckle so that the plastic buckle is not directly rubbing on your skin or shirt.There’s reflective straps on both the front & back.It’s easy to put on & very comfortable to wear. I wore this for the better part of the day while doing chores & cooking and it never once got uncomfortable. It doesn't feel like one side is heavier than the other.My biggest con for this item is that you can only spot clean this - YOU CANNOT PUT THIS THROUGH YOUR WASHING MACHINE. When you’re done working out with this, I’d spray this with febreeze and/or let it air dry.Still - this is the nature of this product. I can’t really deduct a star for this but please keep this in mind if you’re going to order this. It's also priced about right, as you'll find a lot of weighted vests around this weight for the price.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was expecting this vest to be hard to wear as I am a big guy - over 225 pounds and with a 46 inch chest.But I was pleasantly surprised - not only does it fit - there is lots of room left to extend the straps. I would estimate that it would fit a 50 inch chest.The clips snap firmly in place and the straps are easy to adjust.The vest fits comfortably on my shoulders. The should pieces are soft and broad enough that there is no digging in even when walking. I use this vest for walking, not running so no comments on running.It seems to enhance my workout form the walk. I use my fitness tracker to monitor my heartrate and with my same daily 2 mile walk, I saw elevated heart rates without any noticeable extra effort. I did get a bit sweating under the vest - but it is Las Vegas and the sun was shining. I've been wearing it for every walk since it arrived and hoep to keep it as part of my routine.

I bought this because of the adjustability. It came with twenty 2.2 pound bars and four rows of 5 pockets. That means it’s adjustable and BALANCED in increments of 4.4 pounds. You can’t get that with the plate loaded versions. And those plates are expensive for only being a single weight.This vest is bulkier when loaded and may not be suitable for handstand type exercises, I don’t know as I don’t do those. But for walking, jogging, pull-ups, dips, etc, this vest is perfect for me.

The vest is great quality but the strap we got doesn’t fit, almost like it’s missing a piece? May have to return if we can’t use it like we are supposed to.
