My husband loves titanium gear, and he definitely loves having this titanium whistle! Titanium is a great material because it is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and hypoallergenic. This is easy emergency gear you could hang on a chain around your neck and you'd hardly notice it is there! Definitely recommended.

This whistle is very well machined, with smooth edges all around and not a hint of sharpness. I got the black color which came with a ti grey colored key ring, which is also very nice in its own right, but I wish it was black and matched the whistle. Minor nitpick aside, the whistle works well and is very loud, it’s a good size for attaching to a key ring or wearing around the neck and as mentioned before, is very well crafted. I appreciate that it also came with a relatively nice plastic box for storage which is a nice touch and something I can reuse. Compared to my KeyUnity whistle, I will say this one is slightly better made and overall would recommend it to anyone considering it for their EDC.

This little whistle has a lot of oomph to it when giving it a good tweet! The whistle is surprisingly heavy for its small size. It is also small enough that when added to a set of car keys it doesn't add a lot of bulk. Can see this as being perfect for anyone to carry and use in case of emergency.

I purchased this to use on an extended hiking trip. It is smaller than I anticipated which is good. It is loud which is good. It comes with a loop that is easy to use and easy to attach to a key ring for everyday safety. For hiking you can wear it around your neck or attach it to a belt loop or back pack with a carabiner (not included). It is exactly what I was looking for as part of my safety kit.

It's a titanium whistle, so not only is it lightweight, but it should resist corrosion and damage as well. It's certainly loud, so having it on a jacket or fleece when hiking would be handy for signaling or in emergencies. The included ring is pretty easy to operate single-handed (it has a spring-clasp) so you can use it on a zipper pull or backpack. That being said, I wouldn't want to fumble with it if I had gloves on.
