Handled well on freeway and highway speeds. Didn’t feel like it messed too much with my gas mileage. Zippers are fantastic, unfortunately it didn’t rain while I’ve used it so not sure how leak proof it is. Very well made seems like it should hold well in wet weather. I love how easy it is to store when not using, unlike hard car toppers. I also think the price point is good for how well it’s made.

Ordered this while on vacation to have more room in our car. Traveled from Florida to Ohio over 2 days. High speed and rain didn’t phase it. Great quality.

We took my SUV Toyota 4Runner 9 hours away with 3 adults and 2 children that included a 6 month old baby so needed lots of extra stuff. This saved the day holding most all our luggage up top so we could have cabin for essentials and space so we were not cramped. Best thing I did to prepare for our trip and now I will have ever time we go. Rained the whole way and contents dry upon arrival and safe overnight at our hotel. Very happy SO ordered the matching towgate for back that holds another 500 pounds on hitch and folds up when not in use. Stellar

For some unknown reason we cant seem to pack for a trip with out packing half the house. Even though we have a nice midsized SUV we always struggle for room for the 4 of us for multi day road trip. This roof top cargo carrier gives that extra room needed and it is well made and east to install. Took me about 10 minutes the first time I put it on and it held great for our trip. We stopped after a few miles to adjust the straps and they had held great. This is going to make out trips less stressful for me as I see the mountain of luggage being stacked I now know I have the needed room.

The bag worked as expected but could be better. My only major complaint is that the hooks for the rail-less installation do not work unless the metal rim holding the weather stripping in your car is relatively thin. I ended up using it on a minivan on my first trip which has a rim about 1cm thick, so it got a bit tricky securing the bag. It also means a pair of the hooks had to be placed behind the sliding doors' top rollers or I couldn't close those rear doors. So, I ended up tying it on with an extra ratchet strap and it held up for an 800-mile trip at around 75 miles/hour. It survived the 100+ degree weather with minimal wear-and-tear -- the plastic coating outside just got a small scratch where one of the buckles rubbed against the fabric, but the bag remained waterproof when I hosed it down to clean the outside after the trip. It was easy to fold it back into the storage bag as well. Overall a good investment if you have to extend your cargo space occasionally and do not want to spend money on rails and racks. Just use it with soft luggages and nothing with sharp corners and I expect it would last for quite a few trips.

Product was good but upon driving down road for about an hour one of the straps broke open and damaged the zipper as well, spend a decent amount so pretty upset about it but was weather proof for sure
