I put these on deep rims for my 25mm tyres. Even with the indent, they fit perfectly and smoothly across the gap. I did keep my original bar tape on there, but I'm sure without it wouldn't make much of a difference. I haven't gotten a flat since. I prefer the fact that these don't have an adhesive, so if they shift a little and the hole doesn't line up, it can be moved still without ruining the liner. It's thick enough that I can pump my tubes up to 85 PSI without a flat. They took a minute to install (I used the tire levers that came with it), but once they were in, they weren't going anywhere. The fact that you get two sets, the tire levers, and the two sets of valve caps is pretty nice for what you pay. Overall I'd say I'm very happy with this product.

I was apparently overdue for this inner rim liner - too many flats with tiny punctures have now all ended!Now I know! Installing takes a little effort. Well worth the upgrade!Nise price, two sets - girlfriends bike is happy too.
