Cheap little tool set. Made a test loop and it held up my weight (170lbs) off a pullup bar and some caribeeners. Bought this to make luggage tags and upgrade my keyrings, and will likely find many uses for it. The cable cutters work surprisingly well and the crimp, while definitely takes some grip strength to get fully seated, feels strong and sturdy. Worth the 20 bucks forsure.I cant speak for longevity, but with the cheap price compared to name brands or more industrial products, if it breaks just get a new one.

This wire set has everything you need to tackle all sorts of projects. It includes a big spool of wire, crimps, and a nice pair of cutters, so that you can set up a wire line wherever you need. The cutters are particularly nice; cutting right through the wire without smashing or unravelling it.The one thing that this kit is missing is end caps to stop the wire from unravelling. You will definitely need to add some sort of end caps or solder if you are planning to wire something permanent.

Cheaper than a new feeder! Pretty easy to use, but wish it came with instructions...

This was the best kit I've used for the repair needed! I have several hanging burd feeders, that after time the cable wears out & breaks. Thus is a quality product, easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone. Also repaired a heavy duty metal wind chime

In a previous project I used wire cutters to cut the wire rope. That is just nuts. This tool makes cutting so much easier simply due to its design. There are other similar tools on the market but this included the hardware that I wanted and a reasonable price. The tool is light duty and perfectly suitable for occasional use. Plenty of wire if you mess up a couple of times :) One thing to keep in mind is the way to crimp those ferrules (those figure 8 things) is counter intuitive. You want to squeeze the longest side such that the two holes are squeezed together. I think you want to do that in two locations on the ferrule.
