Bought 3 months ago, now the on/off button on one sock does not work, making one sock useless. A nice product when working, but too much $$ for only 90 days of comfort.

I thought I found the solution to my cold feet, but one of the battery packs won't turn on and even though both are fully charged now they both won't turn on. No button to contact the seller either. The socks are quite small too, I wear size 7 and they are a bit snug. Returning

These’s socks do get warm; the only thing is I have a hard time putting them on because of the cord being in the sock. My toes sometimes gets caught in the wire. Other than that they do what they claim to do; keep my feet warm

These are a really good idea that miss the mark on a couple of things, in my opinion.First off, they warm up nicely, and I think they will be welcome on cold days. The socks are thick and soft, but a bit tight. Now the issues. As others have said the batteries are heavy and it's kind of weird to have the weight on your shins. I don't really have a solution for this, so maybe it's just something to live with. It also seems to power up on max, and I understand why, but it would be nice to be able to gradually warm up...The main issue that I have is the wire routing (or lack thereof) from the battery pack to the heating pad in the sole of the sock. The wire is just routed loose and I understand the pad is removable for washing the socks, but I would like to see some sort of cover or velcro over the wire just for comforts sake and to keep the wire out of the way..Issues aside, I think these will be welcome this winter.

These heated socks really are great if you suffer from chronically cold feet in the winter months. In addition to being heated, the material is thick, soft and fuzzy. Very comfortable to wear even when they aren't heated. When I first tried them, I made sure to fully charge the battery packs first. Then when I plugged them in, the lights lit up, I chose the medium setting & waited. One of them warmed up nicely but the other did not. I couldn't figure out why. The battery pack drained as much as the working one. I then recharged both of them and tried again the following evening. That time they both worked so maybe I didn't have one fully plugged in even though I thought I checked it.I did notice one battery pack seems to drain a little bit faster and requires a longer time to charge. But other than that, these heated socks are WONDERFUL at keeping my cold tootsies nice and toasty. I only wish I had found these years ago.

I absolutely love these heated socks. They're perfect for keeping my feet warm in cold weather, especially during the winter nights. The material is very soft inside and durable on the outside. The heat is evenly distributed and provide consistent warmth. The battery life is decent, lasting for several hours on a single charge. They're also comfortable and cozy, with a snug fit that isn't too tight. Overall, a great buy for anyone who struggles with cold feet in winter.

The battery packs were defective. The one that did work didn’t heat up to my expectations.
